As you see in the graph included, produce contamination is not commodity specific and our farmers and their agricultural practices on the farm are the key to reducing produce contamination and related outbreaks, illnesses, hospitalizations, and death. The educators are the key to educate the farmers.
Many thank s to Brook Monson, Are Educator of Horticulture at LU for developing this graph.
The course includes the registration at the GPGC, a manual, a certificate, and the shipment expenses. The course will cost you only $15. Missouri Farmers Union is co-sponsoring this course along with NIFA and Missouri SARE and Lincoln University Horticulture Program.
