Birding in Bucks Hollow

Discover the birds of the Greenbelt on a short hike through Bucks Hollow where we will listen and lookout for the stunning array of colors and calls from the many different migratory birds resting their wings in our backyard.  You can also make observations as part of the Staten Island BioBlitz 2025,  a community science event where local naturalists and local agencies compile data on what flora and fauna call the Greenbelt home.

Dress appropriately for hiking outdoors in the weather conditions. Wear sturdy boots or sneakers.
