Join us for a unique 90-minute creative practice that blends movement, art, and community.
This workshop begins with a brief guided yoga asana practice led by Jenay Aiksnoras, offering the opportunity to connect with your body and observe the graceful lines of each posture. From there, artist Shelley Zentner will guide you in learning to draw the human form using charcoal, focusing on capturing the poses demonstrated during the session.
We’ll close with satsang: a circle of conversation and reflection, while sharing tea together.
