Our MD Wear & Carry course is limited to 8 students only. We focus on keeping all of our classes small, with the priority on gun handling and range time, training and shooting in all weather conditions, with reasonable breaks, covering all material required by the Maryland State Police.
This is primarily a live-fire handgun course that also fulfills the Maryland 16-Hour course requirements to obtain your MD Wear & Carry Permit.
This course is designed for Residents & Non-Residents who are interested in learning more than "instruction by power point." This course puts emphasis on the fundamentals of marksmanship and the state qualification (you will shoot both days) while also covering Maryland state firearm law, home firearms safety, and handgun mechanisms & operation.

-Please show up with pistols unloaded & cased, all magazines unloaded.
-200 rounds of ammunition
-Eye & Ear Protection
-Pants/Shorts with Belt Loops
-Belt
-Holster (if you have one bring it, but don't buy one, we have holsters to use)
-Bring Valid ID
-Please arrive at least 10 minutes early if possible.
-Parking: Drive to the following address. 1597 State Line Rd. Waynesboro PA. Pull into the gravel lane to the right of the red brick house. Enter the grass between the two cones (flattest area to enter yard). Park parallel to the F150.
