This peaceful self-care practice will wrap you in the glow of candlelight, cozy music, and restorative yoga. You’ll be guided through gentle, intention-setting, movement and deeply restful postures, supported by bolsters, blocks, and blankets. Dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat, and arrive a few minutes early to settle in and embrace the quiet warmth of the season.
