Navigating the Records from the War of 1812

Please join us on Thursday, September 4 at 7 pm for "Navigating the Records from the War of 1812" presented by Brian Rhinehart of www.civilwarrecords.com. From bounty land to pensions, there are no shortage of genealogical records for soldiers from The War of 1812. Learn why these records were created, how to make sense of them, and what those records can contain for your ancestors.

The speaker will present via Zoom, so please join us to view the program at South Hills Business School in State College. The meeting is free and open to the public. As a benefit of membership, members will be emailed a Zoom link for the option to view the meeting remotely. Everyone is welcome to join the Society to enjoy this benefit.
