Deeply flawed, Miller’s characters reveal the morally compromising aspects of the American Dream. What are we willing to do to achieve success? What--and who--are we willing to sacrifice or ignore? Miller explores the choices we make, the personal fallout of those choices, and the larger political and social justice consequences. How—and can—we forgive those who make those choices?
