SCT Work Day - Construction Cleanout
Want to assist with some much-needed clean-up of storage areas at the Playhouse?
On Saturday, June 7, we'll be grabbing drills, crowbars, pliers, mallets and more as we pull old construction material up from our basement and down from our second floor to rehab flats, doors, and platforms that needs some new love and disassemble (for parts) and discard older pieces that have outlived their time in the spotlight.
For this particular day, ability to lift heavy objects and comfort with tools is a plus, though there will be more limited roles for those who can pitch in by removing staples, passing material from one location to another, and hauling trash to our dumpster.
As we close the curtain on one season at SCT and prepare for the next, lend a hand (and a power tool) for a couple hours - every little bit helps make SCT sparkle brighter going into its 48th year!
