Participation in the “Beginners” Category
1. All competitors in the Debut category are allowed to participate in Beginners.
2. Competitors in the Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels are not permitted to participate in Beginners.
3. This rule will be strictly observed and enforced by the Chairperson.

"Debut category " - the entry level for competitors who are participating in tournaments for the first time.
Beginner competitors with little or no competitive experience;
