About the event

Youth Rifle class

A 2 day class for proficiency and rifle safety. Learn the different types of rifle actions. The major parts of a rifle and how they work. Students will have a chance to learn about different sighting systems and how to zero their rifle. They will learn how to shoot from the bench, prone, standing, seated and kneeling positions. How to clean and care for the rifle and so much more. The students can bring their rifle to the class. (Please bring 40 rounds of practice ammo for your rifle.) We also have rifles for students to use. This class generally runs from 9am to 5pm both days. This class is only $200.00 per student all-inclusive with the except for food and range fee. Youth ages 8 to 18. Parents can take the class with their children. The class starts at 8:30 to 4:30 both days.

Class dates: Feb. 16-17; March 23-24, May 25-26.
