This workshop is an opportunity to explore Laughter Yoga and your own laughter in order to detemine your next step, are you a Laughter Yoga Leader in the making or is attending Laughter Clubs your calling.

The Inner Spirit of Laughter workshop takes you on a journey through truth, life, being, core values and much more with it’s foundation set firmly in what laughter brings to you in the moment.

Mel and Lotte takes you deep into exploring the inner spirit of laughter and what this in essence means to you.
