Usui Reiki Level 1

Would you love to learn Reiki?

Begin your Reiki journey with me, Nicola Foster and I will be with you every step of the way. I am an experienced therapist and teacher. The classes are kept small so you can get the most from the training and will be carried out from my summer house in Stanley, Co Durham.

First Degree Reiki Training is about connecting to the Energy, developing your sensitivity to the flow of energy, beginning your own healing and expanding your mindset to allow you to channel the energy effectively. You will also be able to treat your family and friends.

This one day course includes:

History of Reiki

What is Reiki and the benefits

The Chakra system and the aura

The 5 Reiki principles and the 3 pillars of Reiki

How to perform a Reiki treatment on yourself and others

Protection

Reiki Attunement

The 21 Day Cleansing Process

Course includes a manual and certificate

I fully support all of my students during training and afterwards As I will always be available as your mentor.
