FACE to FACE antenatal class 1 - Labour and Birth

For women who are receiving care from Mid Yorkshire Hospitals Teaching Trust or planning to birth at Pinderfields/Dewsbury Hospital

About this Event

Join us for the first of 4 classes to be hosted at Stanley Family Hub.

This session will include:

Physiology, hormones and stages of labour
Early labour and how to manage at home
When to call the hospital
Pain management options
Delivering the placenta
Recovery from birth
Perineal care, wellbeing and emotions

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE OTHER CLASSES IN THIS SERIES NEED TO BE BOOKED SEPARATELY IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ATTEND.
