Terry’s specially curated tasting menu draws inspiration from across his celebrated restaurant portfolio, blending bold flavours, refined techniques, and a true love of local and seasonal produce.
From delicate seafood and autumnal game to nostalgic reimaginings and elegant desserts, each course is a tribute to gastronomic craft.
