ADULTS ONLY WELLBEING WALK - Beamish Woods, County Durham
Join us for our first ALL WELCOME, FREE TO ATTEND wellbeing walks. We head to the peaceful Beamish area of County Durham. Famous for it's open-air museum, we will skirt the edges of that landmark discovering hidden trails and riverbanks.
Good company, good conversation and a supportive environment. We walk and talk as a group. Nobody gets left behind.
There are only two rules:
1. We stick together
It’s about the group and there are no prizes for being first back to the car.
2. No judgement
It’s a safe space to discuss whatever’s on your mind. But only if you want to.
