The Community Table: Nutrition Class

Pull up a chair at The Community Table! We start with an easy‑to‑understand overview of nutrition basics—how to build balanced meals, choose affordable whole foods, and create routines that make healthy habits stick for the whole family. There will be a fun recipe activity, preparing a quick, budget‑friendly dish that can be recreated at home. To wrap up, we'll do a short 20 minute exercise routine that anyone can do, regardless of fitness level. It’s a chance to recharge, connect, and experience how small bursts of movement can boost energy and well‑being.
