REFIT is designed with the whole person in mind. From the fun and inspiring playlist to the powerful movements, you’ll leave refreshed and energized! All classes take place in a judgement free environment with an amazing,supportive community. Wear your pink, invite a friend and let’s show cancer we mean business!
