Forest Yoga & Sound Bath
Exact location is 1 mile from the bridge. When you text RSVP I will send exact address. Facebook has the address wrong so I put the bridge in its place.

Join us for a unique and immersive experience that combines the tranquility of nature with the healing power of sound, yoga and meditation. This special session will take place outdoors amongst the trees, allowing you to connect with the natural world as you move and meditate.
There will be a gentle, easy, Vinyasa flow yoga, where we'll focus on mindful movement, breath, and presence. This practice is designed for all levels and will help you feel grounded and centered.
There will be transitions in and out of a deeply relaxing sound bath. You'll lie down comfortably as the resonant frequencies of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments wash over you. The vibrations work to calm the nervous system, release tension, and promote a state of deep rest and restoration.
What to bring:
* A yoga mat
* outdoor blanket
* Comfortable clothing
* Water bottle
* Any props you like for savasana, such as a blanket, pillow, or eye mask, to enhance your comfort during the sound bath.
