If autumn feels busy, heavy, or a little loud on the inside, this morning retreat is an invitation to soften. A slow exhale before winter truly begins.
We will move through gentle candlelit yoga, breathwork to steady the nervous system, guided meditation, and a restorative sound healing journey. A morning designed to unravel tension, release the rush, and bring you back home to yourself.
Expect warmth, stillness, quiet calm, and the feeling of being deeply held. A space to reset, feel grounded, and begin the season from peace rather than urgency.
