We’re welcoming the December full moon with a morning designed to slow you right down before the festive season takes over.

Drop into the sauna anytime between 9am and 10.30am in collaboration with Stamford Sauna Club — giving you the freedom to shape the morning in a way that feels good for you. Enjoy an optional cold plunge if you’re feeling brave, and a tea, coffee or hot chocolate with a pastry either before or after your sauna session.

Then settle in for a deeply restorative sound bath, letting the soothing vibrations ease tension, quieten the mind and leave you feeling lighter and completely reset under the full moon’s energy.
