Join us to create your own little mindful snowman like the one below to remind you to be still and slow down as winter draws near and the world begins to quieten, this workshop invites you to do the same. To press pause. To breathe. To soften. And to find a moment of calm before the rush of the festive season begins.

This cosy winter workshop blends mindfulness, creativity, and gentle snowman themed activities designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and enjoy a peaceful evening surrounded by supportive women.

This isn’t about productivity or perfection. It is about slowing down, finding joy in the simple things, and making space for your own wellbeing at a time of year that can feel overwhelming for many.

You do not need any creative experience or knowledge of mindfulness to join us. Just bring yourself, exactly as you are

This will be a small, intimate workshop and spaces are limited.

Tickets are just £12 per person and include all that you for an amazing evening and safe space, filled with love, support and connection.
