Introduction to Climbing and Abseiling

Come and join us for an afternoon of fun at a local crag, learning how to climb and abseil! Rock climbing is an exciting (and highly addictive!) sport, which is great for developing physical strength. Working out the sequences of moves to get up a climb and reaching the top gives a real buzz and will have you queuing to get on the next climb!

These climbing sessions are designed for people who have always wanted to have a go at climbing and have little or no experience. This taster session will introduce you to climbing on our local limestone.

Your highly experienced and qualified instructor will meet you at the climbing venue, which will most likely be in the Settle or Ingleton area. Full directions (as well as more information about the day) will be given upon booking, as well as a kit list detailing what to bring although we will provide all the required climbing kit including helmet, harness, and rock shoes (size permitting).
