Hi! I'm Emily and I started teaching Chair Yoga to support my mum's mobility.
Now I teach Chair Yoga to
* introduce people to yoga,
* help people get back into yoga,
* support people with injuries and
* teach them simple techniques that help their energetic, mental and physical health.
The next term of chair yoga will be on Monday 1 September at 2pm. I will be running Chair Yoga from my private studio in Thorpe. The format will be 45 minutes of chair yoga with energy medicine, followed by 15 minutes of guided meditation.

The course is £66. If you are going to be accompanied by a carer or a family member, then they are welcome to join for a reduced price of £35.
