8 Week Course

When: Tuesday evenings, 6.30 - 8.00pm
Dates: 14th October, (no class 21st October), 28th October, 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th November, 2nd, 9th December (all dates included in ticket price)
Our tutor teaches the Hatha style yoga. Hatha Yoga is based on Asanas (postures) and Pranayama (breathing techniques) with a focus on alignment. These classes are suitable for beginners to intermediate..
First Class: Tuesday 14th October - 6.30pm to 8.00pm
Tickets are purchased as a Term pass (includes 8 sessions). Purchasing of single tickets is not available. This course requires a minimum attendance of 8 people to run.
Please note that as part of our COVID-SAFE plan, participants will be required to sign in each session. Participants who are unwell are asked to stay home in order to minimise the risk of spreading contagion.
