• Deputy Director of the $18 Billion Iraq Reconstruction Program under the umbrella

AECOM contract for the Project Management O`ice (PMO) which included water

management issues for the Tigris and Euphrates River Basins, the Mosul Dam and

Basra Marshes.

• Middle East Manager for the CH2M Hill (now Jacobs) responsible for the USAID

funded West Bank Bethlehem/Hebron regional water supply projects.

• Chief of Party for the USAID funded feasibility study for the Gaza desalination plant.

• Institutional Program Manager for the Alexandria, Egypt Wastewater Project funded

under the USAID implementation of the 1978 Egypt/Israel Peace Treaty.

In addition to his international water project experience, Mr. Jankel served as Chief of Sta`

to the Secretary of the US Department of the Interior with jurisdiction over Western US

water resource programs and projects and as CEO of a regional, metropolitan water utility

company.

Mr. Jankel is currently CEO of Bayshore Water Partners, a consulting and advisory firm
