We’ve been conditioned to hide the darker parts of ourselves, anger, grief, fear, or desire. But what if those parts aren’t weaknesses, but raw power waiting to be understood?


In this 2 hour transformational session, we’ll explore the shadow aspects of ourselves with compassion and curiosity, giving them space to breathe, be seen, and ultimately transform. Just as the night nourishes the dawn, our shadows hold energy that can become our greatest light when we learn to transmute it.


Through guided reflection, mindful practice, and intentional exercises, you’ll connect with these hidden parts and unlock the magic within you.
