Speed Friending + Flow

Craving connection? Join Abby Goodwin to meet people and enjoy low-commitment conversations in a playful, no-pressure round of speed friending. Whether you're looking for new friends or simply a deeper sense of community, this is your chance to get to know some of the people you take class with.

We'll warm up with a 45-minute slow flow, then break before 50 minutes of speed friending. You'll chat with everyone in the room for a very short time! Abby closes the evening with a 15-minute introspective activity.
