Suite E is happy to host the Creatives Support Group with our partners Freeman Sound. It is an open meet up of creatives from across disciplines that takes place on select Mondays from 7pm–8pm in the inviting, safe, and comfortable environment of our studio.
Mission statement: The group will employ empathy and the experience of the group members to share wisdom that can help overcome the mental and social obstacles that hinder creativity. The group aims to foster a sense of community and support within the artistic population in order to promote wellness and help creatives achieve their maximum artistic potential.
Complimentary food and beverages are available courtesy of Freeman Sound, who also connected us with a licensed mental health professional to help facilitate these group sessions — entirely focused on and lead by the participants themselves.

Freeman Sound's goal is to create a positive mindset, reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness, support community mental health awareness, and prevent suicide.
Through events, they raise funds to support local organizations that promote an inclusive message of acceptance surrounding the topic of mental health.
Using education, support, and empathy, we can create a more inclusive community to ease the weight of those struggling with mental health issues.
