Twenty years ago, Coach Lee received a life-changing wake-up call: a diagnosis of high blood pressure and being 40 pounds overweight. This pivotal moment ignited his commitment to health, leading him to lose over 40 pounds and successfully discontinue his blood pressure medication.

Inspired by his own transformation, Coach Lee became passionate about empowering others. He is now a dedicated personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and wellness and life coach. Coach Lee is passionate about educating people on the vital importance of regular exercise, adequate rest, and a whole-food diet for overall well-being.
