Chair Yoga with Stacy (In Person)

Each Wed in Sept, 6:15-7:15. Get your mind and body strong and flexible with occupational and yoga therapist, Stacy Cooper. Whether you have trouble getting on and off the floor, need to progress your yoga practice slowly and gently, or just need the added support of a chair, this class is for you! Incorporates seated and standing poses, breathing techniques, mudra, and meditation. THIS CLASS IS IDEAL FOR THOSE LIVING WITH LONG COVID. You can also pay with 4 yoga passes. Missed classes can be made up in any other class on the schedule within 30 days of your missed class OR you can take $15 off any private appointment.
