Be Like Water: Kung Fu, MMA & Tai Chi Fusion
This Saturday from 10 to 11 AM at Flora Wylie Park, we come together to train, move, and flow through a unique blend of Kung Fu, MMA, Water Boxing, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
This class is about learning to be like water—to move with power and softness, to adapt, respond, and stay rooted no matter what comes your way.
You’ll explore how martial arts can help you build real strength, inner balance, and calm focus—not just in combat, but in life.
We train for self-defense, yes—but even more, we train to be present, to understand ourselves, and to move with intention and grace in the world.
All levels are welcome. Just bring your breath, your body, and your curiosity.
