Bento Box Cooking Class

Enjoy a lesson in the traditional Japanese art of bento box preparation in a unique cooking class with Chef Vivian and Chef Michi. They'll bring an age-old custom into the modern day with a selection of flavorful recipes perfectly matched for an authentic bento box experience. In this course, you'll create gyoza, savory dumplings filled with beef and cabbage, seasoned with scallions and ginger. You'll also make a refreshing Japanese potato salad, peppered with cucumbers and flavored with fresh dill.

Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
