The residents of the Heartfelt Retirement Community are throwing a surprise birthday bash—but there’s one problem: the guest of honor is late. As they wait, the party guests begin to share stories to pass the time. What unfolds is a tapestry of true-life tales—funny, moving, and unforgettable.

Drawn from the cast’s own lives, these stories explore the ironies of travel, the wisdom of mothers, the lessons our children teach us, the price of independence, the power of forgiveness, and what TV never told you about the justice system. This original production blends theatre and storytelling into a evening of laughter, connection, and reflection.
