This transformative hub and panel is designed to equip individuals with real, practical tools to face trauma, grief, anxiety, self-doubt, depression, and more — head-on.

At the heart of the event is a bold mission: to dismantle the long-standing stigma that being part of the Body of Christ means you're immune to struggle. We challenge the idea that faith and mental health are mutually exclusive — because healing requires both spiritual insight and psychological support.

Through dynamic panels, open dialogue, and skill-building workshops, participants will learn how to:
