I am beyond excited to work with @stldesignweek on offering my vision of combining music + sound + shadow healing through play and embodiment practices.

So…What is the Sacred Strange?

It’s the celebration of the parts of you that don’t fit society’s mold - the playful, the peculiar, and the colorful edges that make you a deeper version of yourself. We live in a time where to stand out, to be weird and think outside the box comes with severe judgement and a loss of safety. This Cosmic Temple invites you to be fully seen in your weird, your art, your light, without apology, shame or judgement.

Your joy is a sacred act of rebellion.

Your authenticity is liberation.

Your weirdness is sacred, your play is prayer, and your light provides healing for the collective.

Together we’ll move, breathe, and dance through the frequencies of the cosmic kite (Pluto, Venus, Uranus, Saturn, and Neptune) unlocking the beauty of being sacredly strange in a world that needs to see your realness.

This journey flows from astrological insights to meditation, then opens into 90 minutes of ecstatic dance, a full-body ritual to move and shed stagnant energy and embody a more grounded and creative flow.

This space is open to all bodies, all identities, and all levels of movement experience: come as you are, and move how you need. Bring a yoga mat, a journal (if you desire) and a water bottle. Dress for yourself and how you like to move, or don’t move. As long as you listen to your body and what it desires inside this space, you can’t do it wrong!
