Before the Ball Drops – New Year’s Eve Prix Fixe Dinner & Champagne Toast

Join us on Wednesday, December 31 for “Before the Ball Drops,” an elegant New Year’s Eve prix fixe dinner at Union 30 inside our historic downtown hotel. Enjoy a chef-curated three-course menu, live saxophone, and a celebration that feels special from the first pour.

🎶 Live Music & Atmosphere
Enjoy live saxophone from 6:00–9:00 PM to set the tone for the evening. Our dining room will feel festive but refined, with service paced so you can relax and enjoy each course.

• The 6:30 PM and 8:00 PM seatings dine during live music.
• The 5:00 PM seating is earlier and does not include live music during most of the meal, but you’re welcome to linger for a drink as the music begins at 6:00 PM.

🍸 Bar & Rooftop
Our lobby bar and rooftop bar will be open for drinks, giving you more spaces to sip, mingle, and keep the night going before or after dinner.

⏰ Seatings & Policies
We’re offering three reserved seatings with limited availability:
• 5:00 PM
• 6:30 PM
• 8:00 PM

To keep the evening running smoothly for everyone:
• Reservations are for up to 1.5–2 hours per table.
• We hold your table for 15 minutes past your reservation time.

💳 Tickets
• $100 per person + tax
• Gratuity is not included and will be added at the table.
• Tickets are sold via Eventbrite for this event (no OpenTable reservations for the prix fixe dinner).
