30th Anniversary Celebration Dinner of Waiting to Exhale

I remember being in high school when Terry McMillans “Waiting to Exhale” came out. As a young teen, I hadn’t the emotional intelligence to see what was actually happening on screen, as I do now.

Now that I’ve lived. I’d like to invite you to a celebration of sisterhood, navigating relationships and love and the importance of having strong friendships throughout our lives. We will not only watch the movie, it will also be complimented by a dinner inspired by the film. Let’s eat and unpack theses characters.

Whether you can relate to Bernadine, Savannah, Robin or Gloria personally or not, you can’t deny the bond they shared.
