Yoga is often sold as a quick fix for stress — a 45-minute power flow to help us feel better and get on with our day. Our approach goes far deeper. For us, yoga is not just a practice, it’s a philosophy — a way of living that reaches beyond the mat and into every part of our lives.

At its heart, yoga means union — union with self, with others, and with something greater. At Artful Yoga Gallery (AYG), that union finds a new dimension: union with art.

Step into AYG and you’ll find more than a yoga class. You’ll find a space where exhibitions meet meditations, where yoga moves through the body, and where healing doesn’t happen in isolation — it unfolds through creative collaboration.

Each offering is a collective experience. Whether it’s the cathartic release of ecstatic dance, the contemplative stillness of journal club, or the raw vulnerability of candlelit concerts — the intersection of art and yoga isn’t a trend here. 🧘 Every Thursday at Artful Yoga Gallery, we host a gentle Yin yoga practice (45 min) followed by a guided meditation (10-15 min).

This practice is open to all levels—whether you’re a seasoned yogi, a complete beginner, a family looking to bond, or someone seeking support and care. It’s a space to remember that no matter what life throws your way, when you have the tools to care for your mind, body, and emotions, you can navigate anything.

Neha is a force of nature, a compassionate yoga teacher, a driven community architect and a self-proclaimed art lover with a mission. Her story reads like a modern-day fairy tale, but one that skips the rose-tinted glasses and dives int the messy, transformation journey of real life.

Neha once stood at the pinnacle of corporate ladder, climbing high in environmental science and corporate strategy, until a storm of burnout and anxiety left her gasping for air. “We’re just scared,” she says, the words soft but charged with unspoken truth. “Humans need humans.” She left the high-flying world behind, diving headfirst into her true calling – one that was already painted in shades of yoga, art, and self-expression. AYG was born in 2021 as a tribute to her mother, who passed away from breast cancer, but it’s more than just a memorial; it’s a mission to heal, connect, and celebrate.
