There are two accessible car parking spaces in Lower Esplanade.

Access is via Jacka Boulevard through the St Kilda Triangle Car Park.

Guide/support dogs are welcome at the Palais Theatre.

The Palais theatre has a hearing loop available free of charge for patrons with auditory limitations.

Accessible toilets are located on Ground Level and Level 1, next to the venue elevator.

Children's Policy: Children under 2 years of age are admitted for free provided they do not occupy a seat.
