The Creative Spirit

January’s full moon is all about renewal, resilience and introspection. Becoming Boards are a perfect fit!. Not only will we be explore our wishes for next year, we will also look at our values, priorities and most importantly, how we want to feel. Best of all, you’ll learn the secret of getting from dreaming to becoming. You’ll leave with a new journal and art journaling strategies to use to nourish your creative spirit all month long. Includes a few surprises too!

This is more than just an art class - it’s a creative spiritual practice. The Creative Spirit is a community of women who gather to explore self-expression through art journaling. Inspired by the moon’s cycles, we create, reflect, and support one another as we grow creatively and personally. We use simple art techniques and reflective journaling prompts to explore mindfulness, gratitude and self discovery. You’ll leave each session feeling centered, inspired, and connected-to yourself and something greater.
