You already have a personal brand—everyone does. If you’re not intentionally shaping it, you’re letting others make assumptions about who you are based on what they see. This workshop will help you take back control of your narrative.
In 2025, personal branding isn’t optional. People are using their brands to land clients, secure new jobs, and sell products. No matter your career path or goals, building and owning your personal brand will only work in your favor.
As multifaceted humans, it can be tricky to show the world a clear, cohesive version of ourselves. You might feel like the many topics you care about don’t quite connect. Together, we’ll explore how to bring these pieces into alignment so your personal brand feels consistent—and unmistakably “you.”
This session is led by Megan Gopp, who teaches Personal Branding at Michigan State University and brings 15+ years of marketing experience to the table.
About the speaker, Megan Gopp
Megan Gopp is the founder and creative force behind The Adventure Agency, a Southwest Michigan–based marketing agency specializing in helping brands find their differentiator, and telling their stories with clarity and impact. Passionate about both entrepreneurship and education, Megan teaches Personal Branding and Creative Advertising courses at Michigan State University, where she also mentors the next generation of creative thinkers, and dedicates time to helping the university keep their curriculum relevant in an ever-changing industry through the MSU AD+PR Department’s Professional Advisory Board. She is also an active member of the Southwest Michigan business community and a recipient of Moody on the Market’s 40 Under 40 recognition.
When she’s not leading campaigns, Megan can be found gardening, exploring the shores of Lake Michigan with her family or brainstorming her next adventure.
