St Joseph and the Landmark Year: 1927!
Century-Old Projects that Continue to Enrich our Community Today
Harrison Hartley presents an overview of local works and the visionaries who realized them with commentary on their relevance today. Among the subjects featured are Civic Center Park, City Hall, Missouri Theater, the Wyeth Estate on Frederick Avenue, and amazing characters like Waylande Gregory, the Boller Brothers, and the Dubinsky/Durwood family. Hartley’s narration is accompanied by photographs past and present and affords a deep look into the importance of local history and culture.
