Foundations of Yoga: A Beginner's Series with Melanie Yasharian

This series is designed just for you.

From the very basics—like how to use a mat, blocks, and props—to the foundational postures and practices, Melanie will guide you step by step with care and encouragement. Think of it as learning the language of yoga from the ground up, in a supportive space where questions are welcome and curiosity is encouraged.

• Cost: $108 for the full series (or $25 per session) (with sliding scale available)
