Learn to identify and use a variety of late winter/early spring herbs in easy homemade formulas including teas, tinctures, honeys, and more. We’ll talk about early favorites like dandelion and nettle and how to harvest tree allies like white pine and cedar following storms. We’ll make traditional spring tonics to wake our minds and bodies after a long, dark winter, and learn a list of wild herbs to look out for (and plant in our gardens) as spring and summer bloom!
