Your health is paramount - and free, Healthy Cornwall Health Checks will be back at the Centre on Wednesday, October 8th from 10-3PM.

If you're between 40-74 years old, haven't had a health check in the past 5 years, and do not have any of the pre-existing conditions listed below, then you are eligible.

Email to book, while appointments last!

People diagnosed with the following are excluded from the programme:
• coronary heart disease
• chronic kidney disease
• diabetes
• hypertension
• atrial fibrillation
• transient ischaemic attack
• familial hypercholesterolemia
• heart failure
• peripheral arterial disease
• stroke
• being prescribed statins or other lipid lowering medication
