Embrace Our Difference is an annual event that challenges outdated perceptions of disability and inclusion. It highlights the organisations, community groups and initiatives helping to build a more inclusive, welcoming and supportive Jersey for everyone.
The event aims to:
• Promote equal opportunities for people with disabilities
• Encourage inclusive practice across the Island
• Create spaces where everyone is recognised, respected and understood
• Inspire meaningful action in workplaces, services and the community
Embrace Our Difference takes place alongside the International Day for Persons with Disabilities, making it the perfect moment to reflect on progress and learn practical ways to support inclusion.
What to expect
• More than 55 organisations and stalls
• The launch of the new Town Buggy
• Speakers sharing lived experience and practical insight
• Community groups, charities, businesses and government teams working together
You do not need a ticket to attend the main event.
However, spaces for the speaker sessions are limited.
