Bacon King USA is bringing its famous Bacon King Experience to St. Cloud High School for a unique, hands-on class held inside a Chemistry classroom, where food science meets flavor science on January 31, 2026.
During the class, students will learn exactly how artisan bacon is made, from selecting and seasoning the pork belly to understanding the curing process and flavor development. Bacon King USA walks you step-by-step through their proven method, sharing tips, techniques, and secrets that take the mystery out of making truly great bacon at home.
Each individual registration includes 5 pounds of pork belly to cure and take home, expertly seasoned and ready to finish after curing, plus an official Bacon King USA T-shirt, earning their place in the kingdom.
