You’ll be guided into deep relaxation through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments.

This outdoor meditation is designed to help you:

• Set intentions as day turns to night

No prior meditation experience is needed—simply bring yourself, a yoga mat or blanket, and an open heart. As the sun dips below the horizon, allow sound to carry you into a state of serenity and renewal.
