Join us for the Big Red Chair Sprint Triathlon and 5k Race on Saturday, October 4.

Location: Chris Lyle Aquatic Center, 2991 17th St., St. Cloud, FL

Time: Starts at 7 AM

Sprint Triathlon includes:
- 400-yard pool swim
- 12-mile bike ride
- 5k run

There is also a 5k run-only option.
