Join us for a 5K Run/Walk on Thanksgiving weekend in loving memory of a remarkable soul, Natalie C. Clemens.
Eight years ago, we lost a beloved friend, sister, and daughter, Natalie Clemens, to a relentless battle with cystic fibrosis (CF). Born near Thanksgiving, this event is the perfect way to honor her life and raise awareness for CF. Her strength, resilience, and unwavering spirit continue to inspire and remind us how precious life truly is.
Natalie embodied the spirit of a full belly laugh. She was hilarious and filled with a contagious light. Though she carried the weight of fighting cystic fibrosis, her diagnosis didn’t define her. She radiated life and laughter. Natalie fought CF for almost 21 years before passing. Thank you for helping us keep the memory of our incredible friend alive.
When: Saturday, November 29 at 8:30am
Where: War Water Brewery in St. Clair, MI
Who: You and your friends/family! All paces welcome. This is more of a group run rather than an 'official' 5K race-type event.

The money raised from this event will be directly donated to Rock CF to help fund cystic fibrosis research and patient support programs. Your contribution, no matter how big or small, can make a significant difference in the lives of those affected by this disease.
The Rock CF Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to heightening awareness for cystic fibrosis and giving those living with CF the tools to not only survive, but thrive. Funds will directly impact the Foundation's patient-focused support programs such as Kicks Back, the Bowman Brothers Trade School Scholarship, Boltcast, and more.
